SPEC-040C Revised: 07/11/2022 Project Scope: Construction of Debris Removal Ramp and Stop-Log Storage Pad that includes construction of Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) Concrete Segmental Retaining wall and placement of pre-cast concrete ramp panels. Pre-cast concrete blocks and ramp panels will be supplied by City.
The government intends to award a Sole Source Contract to Neubert Aero Corp. for a C-130 Ramp Removal Trailer. The Justification and Approval and Synopsis are attached.
THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO BUT NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT 30 SEPT 2023***The 109th MXG requires a specialized trailer for the removal of a ramp on the C-130 aircraft. Please see the attached solicitation for further details regarding this requirement.
