Remove acoustic tile & adhesive in areas indicated on drawings14. Clean, remove loose paint and tile adhesive from areas indicated on drawings15. Remove all (e.) Interior flooring in rooms as indicated on drawings, dispose properly16. Sand & refinish (e.) Wood floors in rooms as indicated on drawings17. Install new floor and wall tile in the kitchen18. Rebuild (e.) Kitchen cabinets.
