Remove existing steam and chilled water coils from RTU3 and dispose of properly off-site. Install new steam and chilled water coils in RTU3. Update and install control systems for the air handler from pneumatic controls to electronic controls. Verify new controls are functioning properly within the Building Automated System. Remove and replace existing insulation on all exterior duct work outside building that is connected to RTU3.
