Labor, materials, equipment and necessary essentials to remove asbestos containing materials for the Jefferson Parish Library DepartmentIMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS Bid Law Requirement Update: Act 406 Vendors will be required to submit certain documentation with bid submission, i.e. affidavits, proof of insurance, etc. These requirements will be outlined specifically in the instructions of each bid package.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to remove & dispose of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and other related material described in the Scope of Work (SOW). The scope of the project consist of removing approximately 3,326 SF of ACM from thirteen (13) rooms specified in the attached (SOW) and Technical Exhibits. The location of work is in Chase Hall Annexes A, C & D at the U.S.
