The City of Seaside, located at City of Seaside City Hall, 440 Harcourt Avenue, Seaside, CA 93955, will accept sealed bids until 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 6, 2023 for the contstruction of the work entitled: Highland Otis Park - Playground Replacement located at Mingo Avenue and Mendocino Street.

Scope of Work The playground will need to be excavated 12 inches and install 12 inches of new playground mulch. 6 inches will need to be compacted; 6 inches will be loose fill. Mulch, dump, and disposal will be provided by the City. Equipment Usage The Vendor will need to use a Mini Excavator to remove the 12 inches currently on the playground.
