The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) has a requirement to renew and continue existing AT&T FirstNet Extended Primary wireless mobility services and devices. FirstNet also has a requirement to procure wireless endpoint mobile devices that will work with the National Public Safety Broadband Network (NPSBN) and be able to operate in the Band-14 700 MHz wireless spectrum reserved for the NPSBN.
