Establish a follow-on contract to renew online access to the Elsevier ScienceDirect Library. Contract type is firm-fixed for a one-year base period and three one-year option periods.

Elsevier is the only source for access to ScienceDirect.

NASA/LaRC has a requirement for Elsevier ScienceDirect Subscription Renewal. Period of Performance 01/01/2018 - 12/31/2018.NASA/LaRC intends to purchase the items from Elsevier B.V. Elsevier is the sole provider and producer of the Science Direct Online Subscriptions and is the only source authorized for access to DirectScience.
