Hangar is a two story open bay building. Total renovation square footage is approximately 71,624 SF. Total new work/ expansion square footage is 3,100 SF.Contract duration is estimated at 520 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.  NAICS code is 236220. 

The renovation of 18,137 SF will include installation of new partitions, interior finishes, bathroom fixtures, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and communications systems. Ordering and installation of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment may be included. Windows will be replaced to meet ATFP standards.

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform a complete renovation of Hangar Building 6940 at Fort Hood, Texas, as specified within this RFP. All work shall comply with all State, local and Federal laws and regulations, and applicable code requirements. Obtain all operating and construction permits, and permitting actions required by codes and DPW.
