ELEVATOR INSTALL AND KITCHEN RENOVATIONS - SELKIRK DISTRICT OFFICE Project Description :DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Work includes all that is required for the renovations of the kitchen and the installation of an elevator at Manitoba Hydro’s district office in Selkirk, Manitoba. Detailed Purchaser’s Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements.
Renovations to the Historic Courthouse includes the following: • An elevator addition to the two story with a basement building to comply with ADA requirements. • Removal of the existing elevator and fire safety upgrades to the stairway exits. • Electrical and mechanical system upgrades. • Provisions for drainage and waterproofing in the basement. • Renovations to the first floor for a future museum and exhibit space.
The project will consist of a total interior renovation including: hazardous material removal and remediation; modifying or removing and replacing the building?
