Description of Services: Renovate Building 123 for new user. Renovation to include minor floor plan reconfiguration, drywall wall partitions, interior doors, flooring, minor electrical, lighting, all exterior windows to meet antiterrorism compliance standards, ceiling tiles, drywall, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and corrections to fire suppression system to bring into compliance.
