ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN  The Proposer will be required to consult with the City’s Historic Preservation Commission prior to any external renovations to portions of the buildings and/or structures in the redevelopment of the building.    REGULATIONS AND BUILDING CODES  All City building codes and regulations are in effect and any potential conflicts or variances should be identified at the time the RFP is submitted.  

Project also includes renovation of portions of the existing building. Site work includes utilities, landscape, revision to existing irrigation system, and concrete walks. Ground floor area of addition is approximately 3,800 square feet.
