There are two active licensed full service fixed base operators at RVS providing full service through fuel sales, flight instruction, aircraft rental and maintenance. Flight instruction is principally provided by six service providers (Spartan School of Aeronautics, Riverside Flight Center, Tulsa Community College, Christiansen Aviation, Destinations EFC and Riverside Jet Center).
