Project Description: Milwaukee County (“County”) invites responses to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified, experienced firms to provide on-airport rental car concession services at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (“MKE”). Milwaukee County intends to award a five (5)-year concession agreement with one, five (5)-year renewal option to up to four (4) Successful Respondents under this solicitation.
All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meaning set forth in the form Rental Car Concession Agreement and Rental Car Service Facility Lease Agreement referenced in this ITB (the “Agreement(s)”).Successful proposers will be required to accept their awarded concession spaces in “as is” condition, with absolutely no warranties as to condition or suitability for use being given by the County.
The check or bid bond shall be given as security to guarantee that if the bid is accepted, an Airport Facilities License and Rental Car Concession Agreement will be entered into by the successful bidder in accordance with its bid, and its performance properly secured. All bid proposals shall become the property of the Board and will not be returned to bidders.

SAMPLE LEASE AND CONCESSION AGREEMENT The draft sample Lease and Concession Agreement (“Agreement”) attached hereto is the sample contract under which the Airport intends that the successful Bidders be granted the right to develop, manage, and operate Car Rental Concessions at the Airport. The Airport does not anticipate making substantial changes to the Agreement.
