The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to provide construction services for Piper Lane and Rental Car Lots Improvement Project. The objective is to have a fully executed Routt County Construction Contract by September 16, 2022, with the project completed by October 28, 2022.

The purpose of this workshop will be to educate and inform construction managers and contractors (prime and sub) about upcoming capital improvement projects at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Projects that will be discussed include the expansion of Terminal 2, Consolidated Rental Car Facility development, parking lot, roadway system and interchange improvements.

Parking Lot Layout The design and layout of all parking lots shall conform to the requirements of City of Spokane regulations for stall width and length, travel aisles, etc. Vehicular Circulation and Parking Lot Design All parking lots shall incorporate a hierarchical vehicular circulation system (i.e. collector and feeder aisles) in order to make efficient, safe use of the lot.
