**End of Section One** Page 7 of 24 SECTION TWO BACKGROUND INFORMATION 2.01 Project Background, Goals and Objectives The County is committed to providing a car wash and vacuum facility at the airport for use by rental car companies leasing space from the County and for all County fleet vehicles.
In a separate table, clearly note where the proposed project team members have worked together on past projects. 2. VA makes monthly lease rental payments in arrears upon facility acceptance and will make a single lump-sum payment for specified tenant improvements. VA makes no progress payments during the design or construction/build-out phases of the project. In the event that rental of equipment is undertaken to complete and/or perform the Work, Contractor agrees that it shall be solely responsible for such rental equipment. Such responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, theft, fire, vandalism and use by unauthorized persons. vii.
Equipment rental rate schedules for 2022 and 2023 (owned & 3rd party rentals). Willingness to cap rental costs at no more than purchase price. Willingness to discount from AED rates?
