This is a Sources Sought - "Full and Open"The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market availability within the National Capital Region for Portable Shower Trailers for use in rapid deployment situations.  A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to a single source is the intended outcome.  The BPA will be for five (5) Three hundred and sixty-five day Ordering periods.
