This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to provide Rental Uniforms for School Nutrition for Clayton County Public Schools (“CCPS” or “District”). Proponents will provide services to CCPS as needed.

Employees on extended leave, four (4) weeks or longer will not be charged rental until their resumption of duty. It is the sole responsibility of City to notify the Vendor of leave and return dates, failure to notify the Vendor will result in additional rental fees. At the termination of the contract, all rental uniforms will be returned to the vendor within thirty (30) working days.

Supply a minimum of eleven (11) new uniforms, one uniform per shift of work, to each employee participating in the uniform rental program. Uniforms shall be supplied on a cycling system where there are always five (5) uniforms being cleaned, five (5) uniforms ready to wear, and one (1) uniform being worn. The Contractor will adhere to the cycling system: shall maintain an equal number rotation of uniforms, based on turn-ins, every-other-week. b.
