For 29BB0601 and 29BB0606, repair will include port and starboard engine overhaul, port and starboard marine gear overhaul, electrical system repairs and grooming, hydraulic system repairs, fuel system repairs, structural repairs, blasting of engine room, steering lazarette, bilges, void areas and exterior of boat and installation of new coating systems.

The Contractor shall provide a detailedinspection report to the Government including location and photographs of any notable breach ininterior paint coating, structural damage, or excessive corrosion. The inspection report must besubmitted within ten (10) days after the boat arrival at the Contractor’s facility.

Ensure that all contractor-furnished coatings are in accordance with SFLC Std Spec 6310, Appendix C (Authorized Coatings for Use on Cutters and Boats).3.3.2 Coating colors and system color schemes. The Contractor must obtain a written KO authorization to deviate from any coatings required in SFLC Std Spec 6310 Appendix C before work.3.3.3 In-process quality control measures.
