Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, permits, supplies, travel and incidentals necessary to perform annual inspections, preventive maintenance service, routine, and Immediate Response repair for fuel tanks on an as needed basis.
The Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Gasoline and Diesel Fueling Systems including annual vapor testing as described in the Scope of Work, Exhibit A.The Contractor must have a current C61- Limited Specialty Classification and a D40- Service Station Equipment Maintenance Contractor Certification per the California Code of regulations Title 16, Division 8, Article 3.
