The work is described generally as the pavement repairs and groundwater seepage mitigation to improve safety at the intersection of Caminito Graciela and Rancho Encinitas Drive. Other Details Notes City offices are closed on alternate Fridays and Holidays.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to perform Groundwater Monitoring, Reporting and Repair Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Mule Creek State Prison (MCSP), located at 4001 Highway 104, Ione,  CA  95640.

The Contractor shall provide quarterly inspection of groundwater well infrastructure and heating and air conditioning systems to Carrizo Plains Ecological Reserve. The Contractor will repair and maintain groundwater well infrastructure, water tanks and lines, air conditioning systems, and reverse osmosis system as well as maintain the building¿s, electrical system, roofing, plumbing, drywall, and paint.
