This is a Sources Sought notice of the Government's intent to award an unrestricted contract to facilitate the preventive maintenance and repair services of Hologic x-ray equipment at Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center (KACC). This acquisition will be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $20,500,000.
Equipment/Product #, Panther PRD-05490. Tasks to be performed:1. The contractor shall provide all necessary trained experienced technical personnel, tools, parts, upgrades, shipping, travel, materials and supplies to perform/provide one-time onsite Preventative Maintenance (PM) and unlimited on-site repair service visits of Hologic manufactured equipment as listed on this Purchase Order (PO) for five years, 12/9/23 – 12/8/28.2.
Hologic is the only entity that can provide service and maintenance on the Hologic mammography equipment. Hologic does not authorize third party service contractors to work on Hologic Mammography equipment. Only Hologic can provide OEM factory trained field service engineers (FSEs) with the skills and abilities to complete PMs and repairs on Hologic Mammography equipment.
Preventative maintenance by Hologic service technician according to operator s or user s manual during normal working hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. local time (excluding Hologic holidays). Equipment repair Access to Hologic Technical Support telephone support, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (excluding Hologic holidays).
