The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a requirement for the following to provide specialized testing, inspection services and repair work for preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on the HVAC equipment. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.
Contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair to two centrifugal chiller equipment necessary to maintain proper air quality and temperature for Chester Mental Health Center as directed by the Chief Engineer for FY22.

Drain Evaporator, Condenser and Absorber bundles, then remove the respective heads on both sides of each chiller and clean tubes of two (2) each Chillers - Condenser, Absorber, and Evaporator; replace all the gaskets on both sides of each chiller, again for Condenser, Absorber, and Evaporator.2. Replace ¾ inch Diaphragm Valve.3. Repair, weld as necessary, the Division Plates.4.
Summary of changes: Due to the fact that the Lead Absorption Chiller is presently running - and has to stay running - the work must begin with the Lag Chiller first. Once the Lag Chiller is fully operational - the work on Lead Chiller shall begin including the additional work, added Item 10 (Repack one Hot Water Metering Valve - it's leaking - on Lead Chiller).
Provide inspection and service repairs for two Water Chiller Compressors for Bldg 9225 at JBSA-Lackland.
