Description of Requirement This project will repair the existing sliding fire doors in Medical Center building 1. The project will also correct numerous condition deficiencies particularly those that relate to the overhead support structure for the sliding fire door, electrical and fire alarm systems needed for a fully functional Life Safety Fire Doors.

This project will provide all engineering, supervision, labor, parts, equipment, tools, supplies and all incidentals required to repair multiple fire safety and HVAC deficiencies in B2072, 2059, and 2328 Robins AFB, GA. The work includes but is not limited to repair of sprinkler systems in B 2072, and 2059. Repair of breakroom door B2059. Repair of rooftop heat pump B2059. Repair drop door B2328.
