Description: The City of Menlo Park will accept sealed bids for Multi-Year Citywide Asphalt and Concrete Repair Services Project: The work to be done consists, in general, of removing and replacing portions of existing concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, access ramp, driveway, valley gutter, asphalt parking strip, deep-lift asphalt concrete pavement, decomposed granite; and pruning tree roots, repairing storm drain inlets, adjusting manhole and utility

As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide on-call fencing repair services at various City locations. The not to exceed Contract amount will be $400,000 for a three (3) year period.

Glynn County invites qualified general contractors to submit qualifications to provide roof repair, plumbing repair, electrical repair, and environmental hazard remediation to the Glynn County Emergency Home Repair Project. Approximately 10 home repair projects are expected to be completed in the next 12 months.
