The Iowa Department of Administrative Services, Hoover State Office Building, Level 3, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319 will be receiving bids for utility work, tunnel repair, waterproofing, subdrain, storm sewer, and concrete paving at Glenwood Resource Center (GRC), 711 Vine Street, Glenwood, Iowa 51534.

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for waterproofing repairs to two pedestrian tunnels at Iowa Veterans Home, Marshalltown, Iowa 50158.

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will release a solicitation for the waterproofing repair of a terrace in a US Mission building in Paris. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.

The Project objective is to effect repairs that allow the tunnel to reach its 75-year service life by: • repairing damage to the concrete tunnel lining, and • prevent future damage from uplift forces by clearing existing weep holes and creating new weep holes where appropriate. Solicitation 140R2024R0013 will be posted electronically via www.sam.gov on or about May 15, 2024.
