This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24221Q0095 - Replace Bulk Oxygen Fence at Northport VA Medical Center, 70 Middleville Rd., Northport, NY 11768. This shall be a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. As a result, all VOSBs may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 238190 and has a size standard of $16.5 Million.
Bulk Oxygen area will require a 10'0" high fence with constantia wire around top of 10'0 areas of fencing, all posts 3". Each gate will swing out of storage space, and requires an automatic closer, as well as fire rated panic device that will accept a Best Lock 7 pin core. On the gate and fence there will be an anti-tamper proof protective shield so you cannot gain access without the keys, surrounding each gate.

The contractor shall be responsible for but not limited to:· Access remaining work necessary in order to complete putting oxygen liquid level master alarm signal in place on the oxygen bulk pad · Replace bad transducer and/or module on three area alarms · Verify and label area monitored by alarm · Replace inaccurate zone valve gauges (6 gauges) · Verify 19 areas controlled and relabel conflicting zone valve labeling · Rebuilding primary and secondary
Replace and repair all valves within the Bulk Oxygen system as needed. Replacement parts may be ordered from the valve manufacturer. Provide the factory part number marked on the valve for identification. Replacement parts shall be exact match to the ones being replaced or specific for the oxygen service. 4.
This Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24523Q1063 is for a Bulk Liquid Oxygen for Clarksburg VA. This replaces RFQ 36C24523Q0031. Evaluations based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This is set aside for SDVOSB. Please complete the Price/Cost schedule.
