Scope of Work : Replace fan and chilled water coil in air handling unit #3. Effective September 10, 2018, the University has retired the previous state-mandated Surety Bond Forms and is now requiring the use of the AIA Bid Bond Form A310-2010 and Performance and Payment Bond Form A312-2010.
Replace existing chilled water/hot water air handling units located in the fan houses on the roof with chilled water/ hot water air rotation air handling units to be located on the floor of Building 103. Remove and replace all chilled water and hot water distribution piping and insulation. Provide new DDC controls and tie into the existing EMCS system. Seal up and abandon existing fan houses.

Objectives: The purpose of this project is to replace a cooling unit located in the Sainte-Anne des-Plaines complex at the Regional Reception Center Institution. Deliverables: The work consists of replacing the existing cooling unit located at the Regional Reception Center, Orientation sector, replacing the cooling coil connected to the cooling unit and replacing the refrigeration piping between the unit and the coil.
