29 January 2024 Sarkeys Energy Center – Replace Elevators 4,5,6 The University of Oklahoma is planning to refurbish Sarkeys Energy Center tower elevators # 4, 5, and 6 per provided specifications.

This project will involve repairs and replacement of the elevator system in Building 200 and 200E at VAMC Togus. The contractor shall provide construction services to renovate S1-S5 elevator cabs, entrances and replace associated mechanical and electrical drive components including but not limited to motors, controllers, TUG interface, drive brakes, rope brakes, drive ropes, governors, & buffers.

Project consists of, but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and all other necessary provisions to replace and/or refurbish elevator interior finishes, elevator doors, elevator machine room equipment, elevator controls, signals, and associated assemblies for hydraulic elevators P1, P2, P3 and P4 at the Kerrville VA Medical Center, 3600 Memorial Blvd., Kerrville, TX 78028; work includes
