The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/materials and performing all work necessary for the completion of the removal and replacement of two (2) “Owner Furnished,” air cooled chillers and two primary chilled water pumps. The prime Contractor shall be a Florida Licensed Mechanical (Type A) Contractor.
