Generally, the scope of work involves demolition of existing Infrared (IR) Detectors and associated components of the AFFF Fire Protection Systems and providing new detectors, control panels and associated components and wiring for a complete and operational AFFF system. Work must include all labor, material, design, testing and oversight for a complete system.MACC GROUP ID: ML-C00057 CONTRACT HOLDERS ONLY
NIST needs to maintain state-of-the-art capabilities for standards certifications, texting, and polymer separations research, we seek to replace our current IR 4 detector with once capable of 10x greater sensitivity.
The IR microscope detector compartment must be designed for single or optional dual detector operation (software controlled). A wide range of MCT detectors must include a stainless‐steel body design and provide an 18‐hour liquid nitrogen hold time. The IR microscope must incorporate continuous view of the sample and surrounding medium through both the eyepieces and video display even during data collection.
