Replace high fence with high fence where the fence is required to be high and is in poor condition. Replace low fence with low fence where the fence is in poor condition or leaning. 3: Remove gates 6, 8 and Bard Road gate and replace with swing gates and replace gate 2 with sliding gate. 4: Remove existing gate 4 and replace it with standard 7’ high security fence. 5: Remove trees in Golf Course area and plant new trees at other location.
