Scope This project consists of City-wide waterline improvements which include removal and abandonment of existing 2" to 8" (max) waterlines, the installation of new 2" to 8" (max) waterlines by open trenching or horizontal directional drilling, casing, new fire hydrants, valves, fittings, services, pavement repairs, and other miscellaneous items required to complete the project.
