The lowest priced vendor proposed using a unit that made for a different voltage than our existing units. This would require a stepdown transformer, and the cost of operation and energy use would be higher because it is less efficient. They also say that they could get the correct voltage units, but it would far exceed our period of performance. It would take 6+ months to get the units with the correct voltage.
