The work shall consist of replacement of existing Portland cement concrete (PCC) slabs along with full rework of structural base materials as required for seasonal frost conditions, all in accordance with current UFC standards. Work also includes providing grounding points and pavement markings on new apron pavement and replacement of adjacent existing PCC swale and adjacent asphalt pavement.
The work will be removal and replacement of Portland Cement Concrete streets, curb & gutter, sidewalks, driveways, handicap ramps, manhole and water valve adjustments, and other concrete structures at various locations throughout the City, at the unit price bid for each repair item. This contract will be for one year (i.e., 365 days) from date of award.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to complete the removal and replacement of Portland cement concrete (PCC) ADA compliance pedestrian ramps, sidewalks, driveways, curb & gutter, and all other related items as specified on the Plans and Specifications, contract documents and as directed by Project Manager.
