Sidney Rodrigue at (985) 893-1717 4) The contractor personnel performing the work of this contract at minimum must have professional diesel mechanic training, with minimum five (5) years of hands-on experience, and are certified diesel mechanic thru ASE. Proof of such certification might be required by the Parish at any time. 5) The contractor shall impose on his/her staff the applicable quality control requirements of this contract.
A report is to include, battery condition, battery voltage and charging voltage, output voltage, frequency, loaded amps, oil pressure, water temp and hour meter reading. The vendor shall note any deficiencies mn a report, and provide an estimate for the recommended repairs following the inspection, with a detailed list of needed repairs. Vendor shall provide repair services andíor repair parts for gensets upon approval from Erie County.
(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: This requirement is for 2000-hour inspections and service on two (2) MTU Detroit Diesel marine diesel engines.

Flow down required in accordance with paragraph (f) of FAR clause 52.222-40. (xii) 52.222-41, Service Contract Labor Standards (Aug 2018) ( 41 U.S.C. chapter 67).
Vendor will use only personnel trained and experienced in diesel generators operating devices to perform work. This program will cover the diesel generators and associated operating equipment listed herein. (Attached) Awarded Vendor will perform periodic inspections on all equipment listed and will provide a written report to the Perry Point VA Medical Center's Electric Shop Supervisor within 10 days of inspection.
