Solicitation Description: Brazoria Drainage District No. 4 is requesting qualifications for professional services for Engineering Services that may be partially funded with Federal Emergency Management Agency Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities Grant Program (BRIC), and/or Flood Mitigation Assistance Grand Program (FMA) funds.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will establish a pool of pre-qualified Contractors capable of delivering/providing management consulting services for Pinellas County. Entry into the pre-qualification pool is not a contract between Pinellas County and any member of the pool but rather is an acknowledgment that the pool member satisfies the pre-qualification criteria set forth below for membership in the pool.
