This requirement is for Rescue Task Force (RTF) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) training.

The Florida Department of Health – Seminole County will govern the medical staff during operations at the designated incident sites. In the event medical staff is needed at a general population shelter, Seminole County OEM will manage the administrative, financial side of the contract, and will manage shelter operations at the designated general population shelters.

The City of Burlington requests proposals from qualified consultants to analyze Burlington's Fire Department staffing for immediate and projected future needs. The target completion for this work is six months from the signing of the contract with the selected vendor. For additional information please see attached documents.
