The City of Irving is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified engineering consultants to conduct a comprehensive study and design for the implementation of community grease traps within two blocks (east and west of Main Street, between Irving Blvd. and E. 2nd St.) or identify an alternative viable location or solution within Downtown Irving. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements will be identified in the specifications.
