This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a new Master Blanket Purchaing Agreement.The Government has a need to maintain and update its research facilities with annual preventive maintenance, routine maintenance and as needed maintenance to its pumps, motors, valves, control panels and ancillary equipment.  Emergency repairs to the same equipment will also be required.  

Demonstrating these capabilities will require an electrolyzer balance of plant (BoP) designed to enable one of more of the following research objectives: Benchmarking of stack performance under a simulated load that models real world wind and solar generation profiles.

Specifically, the LBNF/DUNE-US Project will build a new high-intensity neutrino beam at Fermilab aimed at the LBNF Far Site, located at South Dakota’s Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF), 1,300 km away; the associated DUNE subproject will build neutrino detectors at Fermilab and SURF.
