The building has been repurposed from a surgery building to range laboratory space that is primarily used for processing range samples. Magnitude is $25,000 - $100,000 Reponses / proposals submitted to solicitation will not be reimbursed. The solicitation will be released on or about May 6, 2024.

Description: VA seeks to lease up to 3,585 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) of space for use by VA as a Research and Wet Laboratory in St. Louis, Missouri. VA will only consider space located in an existing building. NUSF is generally defined as the space remaining once common areas, lessor areas, and areas required by code are deducted from the rentable square feet of the facility.

The Project generally consists of the following: Construction of the Research Innovation Partners Laboratory. The project comprises a 62,000 SF complete interior renovation and 8,825 SF of additions to an existing two-story office building. The completed project will consist of regulatory lab space on the first level, and offices/training rooms on the second level.

Expressions of Interest Sought Requirement:The USDA Forest Service Northern Research Station currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Fort Totten, Bayside, Queens, NY  that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 2,563 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 1,332 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (ABOA).
