The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section L. 10 - Proposal Format. Section L.10 is revised to the following:The format of the proposal volumes discussed below shall be as follows:(a) Proposals shall be formatted for 8½ x 11 inch paper.(b) Text shall be printed using a Times New Roman, size no less than 12 point font.(c) Page margins (exclusive of headers and footers) shall be a minimum of 1inch top, bottom and each side.
