The Government’s desire is for a full service lease for approximately 10,500 rentable square feet of office and related space for an Army Reserve Center for a term not to exceed one (1) year, with up to four (4) option years, to be exercised solely at the Governments discretion, and with Government termination rights after the initial year and during any option year, and located within a defined delineated area in St George, UT.

Make improvements to the facility’s parking lot and stabilize the existing shoreline by constructing an armor stone revetment. Demobilize once work is complete.
