Boulder County Parks & Open Space is accepting bids from qualified bidders to conduct an energy audit of the approximately forty (40) agricultural irrigation systems currently connected to the power grid and located on leased property. Once the audit is complete and the selected bidder will design the most efficient ground mounted solar array system for the irrigation system to offset the energy cost to operate the irrigation systems.

Bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the Solicitation Due Date no later than the Solicitation Due Time as set forth in the solicitation. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the solicitation itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favor of the solicitation.
