to Bond issues, those services will generally consist of the following: Consultation with representatives of San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA), including General Counsel, the financial advisor, the disclosure counsel, the lead underwriter, underwriters' counsel, and others, with respect to the timing, terms and legal structure of the proposed Bonds.
Data and information for each year shall be fully compatible, consistent, and integrate-able with data and information for any other year, particularly with respect to the geographic identifiers. The structure of data collection shall ensure that the coverage of FAFH establishments is universal or as close to universal as possible.
The information provided would only be used by the TTC to undertake a detailed analysis on the Project’s pricing structure. The TTC may, in its sole discretion, make decisions in respect of the Project’s pricing structure based on the input received from respondents but for clarity, the TTC is not obliged to do so based on the input received from respondents.
