Executive Summary The State of New Hampshire, Departments of Safety and Health and Human Services are soliciting proposals to hire a contractor to prepare a comprehensive COVID-19 Response After Action Report (AAR) and Improvement Plan (IP) which meets required Federal Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines.
Opportunity Summary The State of Oregon is looking to obtain a contractor to produce an after action report for the State of Oregon's response to the winter ice storm events that occurred in February, 2021, with a focus towards continuous improvement. The State intends to award one contract. Contract will be effective immediately upon signature. The length of the contract is estimated to not exceed 3 months.
