The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking to establish a pool of general reference laboratory service providers (GRLSP) from which the five Areas of the Department can purchase clinical referenced laboratory testing services on an as needed basis.
The Interoperability Communications Bureau part of the Department of Public Safety is looking to upgrade and provide installation and radio equipment for state agencies, political subdivisions, universities and any other emergency response departments. The resulting master agreement(s) from the RFB may be awarded to multiple Respondents and shall be available to all State Agencies, Political Subdivisions, Universities, etc.
