Purpose and Intent This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the New Jersey Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) for Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT) to respond to adults (18 and above) in non- life-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
