A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 22, 2019 @ 10:00AM PennDOT Safety Rest Area Site 47 I-81 NB, East Hanover Township, PA 17028. (Rain Date:  Friday, May 24, 2019 @ 10:00AM at NB I-81 Rest Area Site 47). All potential proposers are invited and urged to attend this Pre-Proposal Conference. There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project.

The rest area site shall be considered as the area between the main roadway shoulder (rest area side) to the control access fence; from the beginning of the entrance ramp into the rest area and to the end of the exit ramp from the rest area.
