The principal features of the work to be performed under this contract include removal and disposal of existing sand and anthracite filter media for six dual-media gravity filters and replacement of filter media with sand and granular activated carbon. Work includes completing all work necessary to bring the six filters back into service. C.

The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, the following types of work: • Emergency response • Filter media replacement • Clarifier restoration • Scrubber/Degasifies media replacement • Replacement of Flow Meters • Cleaning of Aeration Basins • Above ground and underground piping and valve replacement/modifications for pipe sizes ranging from 6” to 30” in size • Accelerator restoration • Odor Controls System repairs • Fiberglass repair
