The project generally consists of but is not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to provide new office spaces, conference space, workspace, corridor and elevator lobby improvements, and restroom renovations on the 6 th floor of the Waco Police Tower per plans and specifications.

General DM renovations call for the removal of hazardous materials found under the corridor floor and above the ceilings in insulation and mastic around ductwork and Variable Air Valve (VAV) boxes. The DM renovations concentrate on bringing the corridors into code compliance and replacing the VAV boxes and controls on each floor. DM renovations in F Building address the office and restroom areas only and exclude the Café.

The west side of the ground floor is a connecting corridor between the new south exterior entrance and the end of the existing corridor in Building 42. Interior renovations are limited to material transitions at corridors on the Ground floor and Basement Floor tunnel from new to existing construction. The existing laboratory department and phlebotomy clinic will remain in operation for the duration of the Lab addition construction.
